The tool estimates calories (Mifflin–St Jeor + activity) and sets DASH-style nutrient targets with a sodium cap based on your BP category.

What counts toward sodium?

Packaged foods, restaurant meals, sauces, pickles, chips and added table salt. Prefer minimally processed foods and read labels.
